6. Compensation and Benefits

6.1. Salary

Employees receive their monthly salary on a scheduled payday, calculated on a full-month basis. The determination of an individual employee's salary takes into account factors such as past experience, education, skills, professional achievements, the responsibilities of the position, and market conditions.

Compensation details are considered private matters between the company and the employee. Therefore, employees are not permitted to discuss salary information among their co-workers.

6.1.2 Salary Date

The designated salary date is the 7th of each month. However, variations may occur due to specific cash flow considerations, such as remittances from other countries to Pakistan, UAE, or any other operational locations of the company. The company prioritizes maintaining an uninterrupted cash flow and aims to disburse salaries on or before the specified date.

6.1.3 Annual Increment

Employees are eligible for increments based on the financial year from their date of joining, contingent on work efficiency, performance reviews, attendance, and conduct. The annual salary of each employee undergoes a review during the formal performance evaluation.

Increments are determined based on performance, adherence to AALA IT Solutions policies and procedures, and the ability to meet or exceed duties outlined in the job description.
